* MAJOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO REACH FLOOD STAGE AROUND 5 AM MONDAY AND
CREST NEAR 12700 CFS AROUND 10 PM THIS EVENING. THE RIVER WILL FALL
BELOW FLOOD STAGE TUESDAY MORNING.Still, the Seattle Half is on the horizon and I need to keep my legs moving. Did a 5 this morning in sideways rain and ankle deep gutter wash. This afternoon I am headed to the New Balance store to get a second set of shoes for the rainy season, because there is no way I can get one pair dry by tomorrow morning. Here's my mileage plan for the few weeks remaining before the Half:

Jeas, a little rain never hurt anybody (easy for some who lives in a desert to say). it is a known fact that living on a river, in the Northwest, IS considered a hazard, quit your bitching!
